  I have dealt with McDonalds Furniture for several years, specifically Sharon and would recommend anyone looking for knowledgeable and friendly sales persons to help them with their furniture and appliance needs, this is the place. I have never felt pressured and always find that perfect piece for my customers and myself. Look forward to my shopping trips to McDonalds and especially dealing with Sharon, she always gives one hundred percent to her customers. They also stand behind their products, if something isn't right, they fix it, that is very important to me.

  I purchased many items for my new condo including high end appliances. The induction range was delivered broken and needed a service call immediately. I asked them to pick it up and deliver one that did work. They refused. I have had service but it still doesn’t work right. Don’t buy the Fridgidare induction range. My friends bought one too and are also having problems 2 months in. In fact if this is the kind of support given to their clients you don’t need them at all. Go straight to the source. The lazy boy recliner special order also needed service as the stuffing on the arm came undone. It will take months to fix. Altogether a very negative experience. I would not recommend it and will never shop there again.

  Beautiful store and furniture but the salesgirl gave the wrong information. That was disappointing and could've cost them the sale too.

They are attentive to details and work hard to make your experience seamless. Their customer service is excellent from start to finish. Their post purchase service is great too -- competent, reliable, affordable, local service is a real benefit to those living in the area (especially during the sometimes harsh winters and busy summers). Definitely the place to check out for your appliance and furniture needs!
